Responsibilities
- Review and interpret customer orders and specifications for quality requirements.
- Prepare Job Quality Requirement documents to incorporate customer requirements into the Quality Assurance program.
- Develop standards and methods for inspection and testing to ensure compliance.
- Monitor quality performance from design phase to shipping.
- Review procured items’ certifications for contractual compliance.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and coordinate inspections with Quality Control personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Knowledge of government and industry standards (ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inspection tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
