Responsibilities
- Lead lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Identify and reduce waste and variation across production lines.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing quality data and implement CAPA.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and conduct internal audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve process bottlenecks.
- Lead installation and optimization of new machinery and automation systems.
- Develop strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality systems.
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation and process validation.
- Proficiency with problem-solving tools such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and statistical quality methods.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
