Responsibilities
- Support MCS product development, qualification, production, and supplier transition activities across various Honeywell sites.
- Manage assigned projects/programs through project engineering and project management.
- Take ownership of tasks and drive closure on assigned projects.
- Develop and manage cost, schedule, and milestones.
- Conduct risk development and management.
- Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis for technical issues.
- Develop comprehensive plans and resource estimates for projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of project engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- Strong team building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and initiate tasks.
- Proficiency in conveying technical ideas clearly in discussions and writing.
- Experience with electro-mechanical actuation and manufacturing processes.
