Responsibilities

  • Support MCS product development, qualification, production, and supplier transition activities across various Honeywell sites.
  • Manage assigned projects/programs through project engineering and project management.
  • Take ownership of tasks and drive closure on assigned projects.
  • Develop and manage cost, schedule, and milestones.
  • Conduct risk development and management.
  • Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis for technical issues.
  • Develop comprehensive plans and resource estimates for projects.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of project engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
  • Strong team building and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and initiate tasks.
  • Proficiency in conveying technical ideas clearly in discussions and writing.
  • Experience with electro-mechanical actuation and manufacturing processes.
