Responsibilities
- Execute activities on New Product Development in project engineering and program management.
- Support program teams in solving critical issues and achieving metrics.
- Learn and master common engineering tools and processes across Aero Engineering.
- Complete Earned Value Management and Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications.
- Track program progress and performance metrics, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete rotations and evaluations as per the Rotational PE program design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher).
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently and as a team.
