Responsibilities
- Lead the ISC Engineering AME team for NPI projects, ensuring successful implementation of new products into manufacturing with a focus on Design for manufacturing, cost, and APQP PPAP elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline NPI processes and improve time-to-market.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure product quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or manufacturing; Master's degree in engineering or related preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPI methodologies.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent resident status, or asylum/refugee status in the U.S. is required.
- Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry is valued.
- Six Sigma certification is preferred.
