Responsibilities
- Lead the ISC Engineering AME team for NPI projects, focusing on successful product implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline NPI processes.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure product quality.
- Recruit talent and develop successors within the team.
- Foster an inclusive culture and support employee engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPI methodologies.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Six Sigma certification is valued.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Compliance with U.S. export control laws (U.S. citizenship or residency required).
