Responsibilities
- Lead the ISC Engineering AME team for NPI projects, focusing on successful implementation of new products into manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline NPI processes and improve time-to-market.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure product quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPI methodologies.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
