Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical support contact for OEM customers and Service Centers.
  • Troubleshoot complex avionics systems, including Honeywell products.
  • Provide on-site and remote assistance for technical issues.
  • Develop customer relationships to understand and support technical needs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Document customer communications and manage technical issues through closure.
  • Provide frequent updates on customer issues to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience troubleshooting avionics systems on aircraft.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing support experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Honeywell Integrated Avionics systems for Pilatus aircraft.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools for process improvement.
