Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical support at OEM customer facilities.
  • Support initial aircraft delivery and provide comprehensive introductions to Honeywell products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics system issues.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to customers and service centers.
  • Document customer communications and manage case closure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide AOG and on-wing support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience troubleshooting avionics systems on aircraft.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing support experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Honeywell Integrated Avionic systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proven experience in avionics and mechanical/aerospace systems.
