Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for technical support at OEM customer facilities.
- Support initial aircraft delivery and customer introductions for Pilatus aircraft.
- Provide remote troubleshooting for avionics systems and resolve complex technical issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM, BGA, and Airline Customers.
- Document customer communications and manage technical issues through closure.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
- Attend daily customer meetings and provide updates on technical issues.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience troubleshooting Avionics systems.
- 5+ years of customer-facing support experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Honeywell Integrated Avionic systems for Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24.
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or equivalent desired.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
