Aircraft Avionics/Electrical Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for technical support at OEM customer facilities.
  • Support initial aircraft delivery and customer introductions for Pilatus aircraft.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting for avionics systems and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEM, BGA, and Airline Customers.
  • Document customer communications and manage technical issues through closure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Attend daily customer meetings and provide updates on technical issues.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience troubleshooting Avionics systems.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing support experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Honeywell Integrated Avionic systems for Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24.
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or equivalent desired.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
