Responsibilities
- Design and conduct laboratory work under project leads' direction.
- Support product development, scale-up, and transfer of products/processes.
- Prepare customer samples for marketing and sales.
- Communicate with commercial managers for product demonstrations.
- Follow safety practices and manage lab supplies.
- Provide and receive training on equipment and processes.
- Participate in customer discussions and travel as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
- 2+ years of R&D laboratory experience in new materials development.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in designing and synthesizing polymers and coating formulations.
- 1+ year of experience in scaling and transferring laboratory processes to manufacturing.
- MS degree in Chemistry or related fields is valued.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Hands-on experience in coating formulations and semiconductor materials is preferred.
