Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
- 3 years of engineering experience with advanced design and quality control techniques
- 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with coatings and/or cabin pressure valves (preferred)
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex messages
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Mastery of design tools like Mathcad/Matlab and leadership experience in project coordination
