Responsibilities
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and testing, providing feedback to the design team.
- Design and implement tooling and test solutions to support component build and delivery.
- Develop new processes and procedures to support flight hardware builds.
- Manage projects and execute to tight timelines while communicating with stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven solutions to technical issues encountered during build.
- Collaborate with technician and engineering teams to resolve product non-conformances.
- Support capacity modeling and time studies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university.
- Practical experience designing, building, and testing vehicles.
- Strong interest in vehicle hardware and engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- U.S. export control compliance status required.
