Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Engineering to shape and drive the technical roadmap and strategic priorities.
- Monitor project health, remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through on projects.
- Drive priority engineering projects with a focus on project management and measurable outcomes.
- Build and manage tools for program execution, including planning frameworks and communications.
- Serve as a connector between Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Ops, and external partners.
- Prepare strategic materials for executive and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational improvements and operational efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- 5–10+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Strategy, or Operations in technology environments.
- Background in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent technical experience.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
- Must comply with U.S. export control regulations.
