Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product launches and customer approval processes.
- Manage daily Statistical Process Control (SPC) data in customer portals.
- Develop standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Plan and execute quality control activities across processes and product lines.
- Conduct analysis, design, testing, and integration processes for product quality.
- Maintain quality evaluation systems and protocols for materials.
- Implement quality improvement strategies for production processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Certifications such as CQE, CQT, or CQA.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
- Hands-on experience with SPC for quality reporting.
- Preferred Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
