Mid-Level Electrical Engineer - Multiple Sectors

The role is for an Electrical Design Engineer at Henderson Engineers, focusing on providing total building system design services across various sectors, including business, community, grocery, health, retail, and venue.

• Performs calculations and designs engineering systems independently.
• Prepares electrical system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.
• Reviews shop drawings for conformity to plans and specifications.
• Conducts research and evaluates products for feasibility.
• Develops and maintains relationships with strategic partners and customers.
• Seeks opportunities for continuous learning and proficiency in industry software.
• Supports project coordination activities and acts as a resource for training others.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred; 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license may count toward experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Knowledge of engineering design, A&E industry codes, and standards.
• Experience in designing data centers and security systems preferred.
• Completion of FE exam, LEED, and/or WELL accreditation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
