Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

The Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Helion will lead the execution of building, scaling, and delivering fusion generators, establishing a robust supply chain and manufacturing organization.

• Build the organization responsible for deploying and operating fusion power plants worldwide.
• Lead the strategy and execution of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Drive the operational scale-up of capacitor manufacturing and semiconductor sourcing.
• Establish and grow teams across production engineering, supplier quality, and internal machining.
• Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies.
• Oversee material management, including inventory control and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with external suppliers and manufacturers.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations in complex hardware environments.
• Track record of building and scaling production and supply chain systems.
• Experience in establishing new factories or large-scale production lines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to resolve complex manufacturing or supply chain issues.
• Experience overseeing large, distributed workforces across multiple sites.
