Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Test Technician team, including scheduling and staffing.
- Champion a culture of safety and technical excellence by adhering to high-voltage protocols.
- Partner with Design & Test Engineers to improve testing processes and equipment readiness.
- Lead technician training and certification programs to meet High Voltage Operator standards.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback for team development.
- Track test throughput and identify process bottlenecks for cross-functional solutions.
- Support hands-on troubleshooting and test readiness activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with electrical testing practices and high-voltage safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in a safety-critical environment.
- Experience in managing schedules and priorities across shifts.
- Experience collaborating with Engineers and cross-functional partners.
