Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a multidisciplinary team of engineers for fuel cycle systems.
- Drive design risk reduction by collaborating with operations and R&D teams.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in designing and integrating process systems.
- Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Strong mentorship skills with a record of developing engineers.
- Familiarity with chemical, mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems engineering.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
