Responsibilities
- Develop building system concepts and documentation throughout the project phases.
- Coordinate with supervisors on project development and performance.
- Lead project discipline teams and ensure compliance with project budgets.
- Prepare project status reports and coordinate man-hour estimates.
- Conduct code research and maintain an Electrical Basis of Design Journal.
- Mentor support engineers and provide feedback on their performance.
- Participate in professional organizations and contribute to departmental discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and licensure required; LEED Accreditation preferred.
- Minimum six years of experience in the A/E industry.
- Extensive knowledge of design and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in short circuit and selective coordination calculations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Proficient in computer and CADD/BIM tools.
