Responsibilities
- Design mechanical systems, including performing load and energy calculations.
- Develop mechanical specifications and 3D BIM modeling.
- Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
- Conduct field investigations and mechanical inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to complete complex mechanical system designs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical system design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with BIM/Revit and engineering software.
- Interest in sustainable design and experience in various market sectors.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Previous experience with architectural/engineering firms.
