Responsibilities
- Participate in inspections of rail vehicle and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Assist in the review of design submittals and prepare detailed descriptions of findings.
- Participate in technical working sessions to address client issues.
- Inspect and review prototype and first article equipment.
- Conduct quality assurance and manufacturing audits under senior staff direction.
- Prepare technical briefs, presentations, and reports on work progress and concerns.
- Assist in forensic investigations of failed components and develop technical specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical and structural engineering.
- Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Valid driver's license for site travel.
