Responsibilities

  • Construct, test, and troubleshoot prototype and production loudspeakers and subassemblies.
  • Report progress to the Mechanical or Acoustic Systems Engineer.
  • Support Systems Engineers and Engineering Leadership in product development.
  • Prepare for lab tours and presentations.
  • Work on other assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Communicate findings and progress to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Sophomore year or later, or graduate/Ph.D. program.
  • Degree in a related field with courses in Acoustics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of technology products in audio.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a recording environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital audio workstations (DAWs) like Pro Tools or Logic is a bonus.
