Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory research to develop new refractory products and optimize existing ones.
- Plan and supervise plant work orders for product evaluations.
- Provide technical information to Sales and Marketing Departments and meet with customers.
- Investigate and solve technical problems for the Operating Department.
- Assist Quality Assurance in investigating complaints and recommending corrective measures.
- Evaluate competitive products and stay updated on technical developments.
- Support the Purchasing Department in evaluating raw materials and developing specifications.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of development processes, material science, and refractory applications.
- Strong motivation and ingenuity.
- Preferably 0-8 years of experience in development or process engineering related to ceramics and materials science.
