Responsibilities
- Develop skills to monitor and analyze fleet health for 99% uptime.
- Serve as the technical expert for hardware to inform product development.
- Monitor device health and telemetry data to detect anomalies.
- Build tools/scripts to automate diagnostics and issue classification.
- Manage over-the-air updates for firmware and configurations.
- Track hardware failure trends and collaborate with engineering teams for improvements.
- Maintain documentation of device architecture and fleet operations processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering or technical operations roles.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software interactions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sustainability and interest in the energy industry is a strong advantage.
