Responsibilities
- Develop skills to monitor and analyze fleet health for 99% uptime.
- Serve as a technical expert for deployed hardware.
- Monitor device health and telemetry data for anomalies.
- Build tools/scripts for automating diagnostics and issue classification.
- Manage over-the-air updates for firmware and configurations.
- Track hardware failure trends and collaborate with engineering teams for improvements.
- Maintain documentation of device architecture and fleet operations processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering or related technical operations.
- Proficiency in coding with high-level languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software interactions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the energy industry.
