Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing electrical engineering team focused on camera hardware development.
- Drive early validation efforts and innovation strategies that shape the product roadmap.
- Oversee the design and development of camera circuits, RF systems, display technologies, and power management.
- Define technology roadmaps for key components such as batteries and displays.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Evaluate and validate new technologies and components for feasibility and scalability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware development, particularly in consumer electronics.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and working with international partners.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle from concept through mass production.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with consumer camera SOCs and design experience with memory and image sensor interfaces.
- Familiarity with JDM/ODM development models and high-volume manufacturing.
