Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with engineering organizations to build distributed platforms for enterprise clients.
- Set the roadmap and execution for Google Cloud Storage based on technology trends and customer needs.
- Ensure reliability, quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency of Google Cloud Storage.
- Partner with product management and leadership to align business and organizational priorities.
- Provide oversight of delivery across the capabilities in Google Cloud Storage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 15 years of experience in engineering and product operations management in enterprise hardware systems.
- 7 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience with server compute systems, storage systems, and data center reliability.
- Preferred MBA or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to drive executional impact.
