Responsibilities
- Assess complexity and scope of the project, generate task lists, and build project timelines.
- Justify, plan, coordinate, and deliver custom silicon products or development tooling projects.
- Lead the creation of credible and data-driven schedules and milestones, tracking progress.
- Drive technical, budgetary, and schedule trade-off discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project execution and issues through design, development, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining activities for silicon and hardware products.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop effective metrics to measure program status and progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing silicon chip programs through all stages.
- Familiarity with SoC subsystems and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and obtain necessary approvals.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and executives.
- Experience working with third-party IP and silicon vendors.
