Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives.
- Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders regarding manufacturing test development status.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
- Utilize technical expertise to lead projects from start to finish.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in driving new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering.
- 8 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and executives.
