Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams to define chip-level and block-level specifications.
- Participate in pre-silicon verification activities, including testbench development and simulation.
- Perform logic synthesis and static timing analysis, working with physical design teams.
- Incorporate Design-for-Test (DFT) features for efficient testing and debugging of silicon.
- Collaborate with post-silicon validation teams to debug and characterize new silicon.
- Manage project schedules and communicate with cross-functional partners.
- Explain technical analyses and recommendations to executives and engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management and ASIC/chip design.
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools for RTL simulation and timing analysis.
- Experience with design for testability concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of embedded processors and advanced verification methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation of design flows.
- Understanding of physical design concepts for integrated circuits.
