Technical Program Manager I, Embedded Systems/Firmware, Pixel

The role of Technical Program Manager I involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in embedded systems and firmware for the Google Pixel team. The position requires technical expertise and collaboration with various stakeholders to plan requirements, manage risks, and communicate effectively across the company.

• Coordinate and deliver program communications with stakeholders, including metrics progress and meeting notes.
• Collect data on program progress from stakeholders and maintain project trackers.
• Author program charter detailing scope, timeline, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create a stakeholder map to identify individuals impacted by or influencing program outcomes.
• Triage technical bugs and feature requests with engineering stakeholders for prioritization and tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program management.
• Experience managing programs for software or hardware engineering teams.
• Experience with embedded software development.
• Preferred experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Preferred experience with Android software development.
