Responsibilities
- Enable and optimize product on-time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product-specific levers.
- Manage the sourcing of tray products at global contract manufacturers.
- Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Scale product capacity, materials, and processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations and planning teams to improve product on-time delivery.
- Oversee the successful manufacturing of trays, ensuring alignment with forecasted demand and product roadmap.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with supply chain, capacity planning, materials management, or contract manufacturing.
- Experience in manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain operations.
