Responsibilities
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle for continuous improvement.
- Collect data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Anticipate change management requirements for program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads.
- Communicate project schedules, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
- Lead projects that span multiple offices and time zones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives within a supply chain, operations, or engineering organization.
- Preferred experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Familiarity with the consumer hardware industry.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
