Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities, ensuring production transitions meet program goals.
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain while managing risks and changes in schedule.
- Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness for cost efficiency and quality.
- Communicate key issues and options for resolution with executive teams across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations and Consumer Electronics.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and Hardware Manufacturing.
