Responsibilities
- Collaborate with core team to develop mechanical designs for data centers.
- Generate scope of work for equipment portions of infrastructure upgrades.
- Own mechanical, fire suppression, and plumbing system issues during various project phases.
- Interface with Global Commodities team and manufacturers for project needs.
- Maintain internal design specifications, drawings, and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in facility design and construction.
- Experience in the design or operation of mechanical cooling systems.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Preferred Master's degree or professional engineering license.
- Experience with thermal and hydraulic modeling software.
- Knowledge of pipe stress analysis.
