Responsibilities

  • Provide welding engineering support to the Body production organization.
  • Assist with various welding processes, including spot, MIG, plasma, and laser welding.
  • Troubleshoot and provide training on the plant floor for manufacturing issues.
  • Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing engineers and production teams.
  • Validate processes with new equipment builds and installations.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with all policies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams for quality and cost improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering Technology, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expected graduation between August 2026 and June 2028.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week in a plant environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and project management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a loud manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 40 lbs.
