Responsibilities

  • Provide welding engineering support to the Body production organization.
  • Knowledge of various joining processes including welding and adhesive applications.
  • Troubleshoot and provide training on the plant floor.
  • Act as a technical resource for manufacturing engineers and production teams.
  • Validate processes with new equipment build and installation.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to policies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams for quality and cost improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering Technology, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must graduate between August 2026 and June 2028.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work in a plant environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Evidence of innovative thinking and a customer-centric approach.
