Responsibilities
- Provide welding engineering support to the Body production organization.
- Knowledge of various joining processes including welding and adhesive applications.
- Troubleshoot and provide training on the plant floor.
- Act as a technical resource for manufacturing engineers and production teams.
- Validate processes with new equipment build and installation.
- Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for quality and cost improvements.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering Technology, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must graduate between August 2026 and June 2028.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Evidence of innovative thinking and a customer-centric approach.
