Responsibilities
- Lead the development of technology roadmaps for Restricted Maritime Capabilities.
- Hold final technical authority over design, production, installation, and activation of systems.
- Drive implementation of design-to-cost processes to enhance competitiveness.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Participate in Restricted conferences and threat briefings.
- Collaborate with Business Development to align customer needs with GDMS capabilities.
- Manage technical risks and resolve issues on high visibility programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Systems Engineering.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in military systems development.
- Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance required.
- Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
- Experience with the full engineering lifecycle of complex military systems.
- Ability to travel 35% to 45% as required.
