Responsibilities
- Lead a small to medium team for day-to-day operations.
- Manage engine and component MRO activities to meet contractual requirements.
- Provide sustainment depot qualification program leadership for assigned fleets.
- Collaborate with GE and customer teams to develop mobilization plans.
- Develop and manage reporting to communicate mobilization progress and contract deliverables.
- Influence area strategy and policy, including resource allocation.
- Represent GE in business and contract-related discussions with customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Fluent in Spanish (read, write, and spoken).
- Relevant experience in services, operations, or maintenance/sustainment.
- Experience managing teams and delivering against contractual commitments.
- Technical background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
- Established project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
