Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing activities for new product introduction.
- Develop and verify work instructions, bills of materials, and labor standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance to prevent product issues.
- Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency.
- Ensure product specifications and testing procedures are established before vendor engagement.
- Oversee engineering change processes and maintain documentation.
- Assist in developing plant layouts for better utilization of space.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering required.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering required.
- Hands-on experience with Change Management tools and processes.
- Experience with tool design, manufacturing machinery, and automation.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
