Responsibilities
- Develop substation layout drawings and associated details.
- Create one lines, three lines, and power systems documentation for substations.
- Prepare calculations and reports for client presentations.
- Draft equipment specifications for substation components.
- Collaborate on regional and national power substation projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships across disciplines.
- Participate in proposal preparation and presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer License or in progress.
- 3+ years of experience in the power and utility industry.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Design experience in high voltage substations.
- Proven ability to deliver quality technical solutions.
- Advanced degree and experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Inventor is preferred.
