Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end test and calibration equipment development including fixture design, fabrication, qualification, inventory/asset management, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Project manage manufacturing builds, both in-house and at overseas vendors, and own technical troubleshooting of manufacturing line issues.
- Co-develop methods, processes, procedures, and work instructions to support building the next generation of products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical design, electrical, software, and materials teams.
- Utilize CAD software for design and 2D drawing creation.
- Debug, test, and identify root causes of electromechanical problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization using tools like SQL, Tableau, and Python.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Onshape, Solidworks, Fusion).
- Hands-on experience with hardware and troubleshooting electromechanical issues.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Python programming.
- Understanding of GD&T principles is a plus.
