Responsibilities
- Drive manufacturing technical readiness as part of NPI teams.
- Collaborate with R&D teams from prototype phases to project completion.
- Establish industrialization and production readiness with global teams and suppliers.
- Ensure critical product specifications are addressed through process control.
- Collaborate on engineering and operational challenges.
- Implement tools and methods for reliability and quality assurance.
- Optimize processes using factory data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%).
- Experience in Design and Manufacturing Engineering for NPI product industrialization.
- Familiarity with global contract manufacturers for electromechanical systems.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations at all business levels.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, systems, or related field).
- Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools and reading engineering drawings (GD&T).
