Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage validation test plans for systems and components.
- Perform root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems and field failures.
- Design and implement automated testing equipment for reliability testing.
- Collaborate with design teams to perform risk assessments and manage continuous testing.
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends and develop corrective action plans.
- Prototype and conduct tests, including hardware and software implementation.
- Distill complex test results into actionable insights for product improvement.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems and reliability testing.
- Proficient in developing full system test plans within fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with testing sensors, actuators, and mechanical components.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret test results and field data.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Linux systems and scripting (Python preferred).
- Bonus: Experience with SQL for data analysis.
- Bonus: Prior experience in field failure analysis or quality engineering.
