Responsibilities
- Support coordination between internal teams, external vendors, or customers.
- Help prepare deployment/software documentation, checklists, or reports.
- Shadow customer calls or deployment planning meetings, and take detailed notes.
- Help prepare customer-facing materials or FAQs for on-site implementation.
- Coordinate post-deployment information collection or issue tracking.
- Support on-site engineers or project managers.
- Assist with testing, setup, or validation of robotic systems.
Job Requirements
- Located in the greater Chicago, IL area and able to work in person in Woodridge, IL.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in robotics, automation, or industrial technologies.
- Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel).
- Self-starter with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
