Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic cells.
- Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks in the field.
- Diagnose technical issues and apply standard resolution tactics.
- Identify potential problems and provide solutions to enhance customer confidence.
- Prepare detailed service reports including issue, root cause analysis, and solutions.
- Lead root cause analysis activities with a team of engineers and technicians.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate onsite schedules.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of field service experience with robotics automation.
- Hands-on experience with various robotic systems (Fanuc, Kuka, etc.).
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and nights.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in a manufacturing environment.
