Responsibilities
- Lead a team in designing and building custom in-house testing systems for product electronics and PCBAs.
- Own the development and specification of Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) test systems.
- Develop and implement standardized test specifications and processes for electronics testing.
- Collaborate on the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for electrical components.
- Oversee the setup and configuration of test benches for component integration and validation.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive validation reports with failure analyses and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience in relevant positions.
- Experience in HIL, electrical stress testing, and test stand development/automation.
- Strong validation process and documentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for cross-functional challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
