Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) test systems development.
- Design and implement standardized test specifications and processes.
- Follow the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for electrical components.
- Oversee test bench setup and configuration for component validation.
- Contribute to validation reports with failure analysis and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Experience in HIL, component testing, and test stand development/automation.
- Strong validation process and documentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for cross-functional challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
