Responsibilities
- Lead component hardware specification development for lighting control units.
- Drive electrical architectural direction and decision-making for lighting subsystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust lighting subsystem diagrams.
- Lead network interface development for networked components.
- Define, develop, and integrate lighting features and functions.
- Develop and mature exterior and interior lighting functional specifications.
- Own and approve Device Transmittals for lighting components.
Job Requirements
- B.S in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience with complex electrical systems or electronics designs.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Proven debugging and diagnostic skills in electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
- Highly skilled in low voltage systems development and electric vehicle architecture.
- Experience with requirements capture in management software platforms.
- Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
