Responsibilities
- Design and develop low voltage systems based on system requirements.
- Develop test plans to validate load performance in low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with test engineers to create Design Validation Plan and Report (DVP&R).
- Enhance system reliability and functional safety through deep technical knowledge.
- Work with suppliers to characterize loads in low voltage systems.
- Conduct system failure mode and effect analysis.
- Participate in functional safety studies and support requirement definitions.
Job Requirements
- B.S in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in automotive low voltage systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Proven debugging and diagnostic skills across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) is preferred.
