Responsibilities
- Lead the development of trim programs and manage execution initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in completing at least 3 program trim development cycles.
- Proficiency in cut and sew techniques using specific machines.
- Familiarity with production environments of trim pattern development.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and data-driven solutions.
- Ability to travel for supplier and manufacturing support as needed.
- Experience in managing engineering documentation and processes.
