Responsibilities
- Conduct HIL testing of onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, and DC-AC inverters.
- Develop HIL test strategies, test cases, and scripts.
- Model power electronics using Typhoon HIL.
- Set up test equipment and perform hands-on testing.
- Support release testing and bug triaging.
- Analyze test failures and provide detailed reports.
- Establish traceability using requirement management tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar.
- 5+ years of testing and validation experience.
- Proficiency with MATLAB, PLECS, and dSPACE/Typhoon/OPAL-RT.
- Experience modeling semiconductor components like SiC and GaN.
- Knowledge of PWM methodologies and DC-DC topologies.
- Familiarity with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with automation frameworks.
